Service Description
We want everyone to have their Christmas dreams come true this year. The Sensory Friendly Family Santa session helps us to provide the perfect environment for children to comfortably meet with Santa and capture special moments with your family during the holiday season. Options for low noise, scents and lighting, we will tailor this session to meet your family's needs. Bringing the grandparents? We provide everyone the opportunity to have beautiful group shots taken to capture those special family moments. Our Sensory Friendly Family sessions centre around one family unit with multiple images. Single Family (5+ high resolution digital images) We aim to deliver: *individual child photo *group shot children *children + parents *children + grandparents *whole family For multiple families please choose our Multi-Family session.
Cancellation Policy
*Group size: Family Santa Sessions, FurBaby Family Santa Sessions and Family Sensory Friendly sessions are designed for one family group. For groups wanting multiple family images please book our Multi-Gen Extended Family session or multiple individual sessions. *Bookings: All bookings require full payment to secure the time slot. Bookings will be confirmed via email within 24 hours of the request. Please ensure that your contact details are accurate. *Rescheduling & Cancellations: To reschedule a session, please provide 48 hours notice where possible. Unfortunately any 'no shows' without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee. *Arrival Time: Please arrive no more than five minutes prior to the start of your session. This ensures that all of our families get their own special experience with Santa. Running late? Don't stress. We will do our best to fit you in when you arrive. *Delivery of images: Images will be edited and processed within 10 business days after the session. Once finalised, you will receive an email that includes a link to access your images. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received your images in the advised time frame. *Copyright: All images are copyrighted by Coast Santa Studio. Clients receive a licence for personal use only. Commercial use of the images requires a separate agreement and may incur additional fees. *Studio Rights: We reserve the right to use images for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
