To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation and scheduling policy outlined below. 1. Scheduling: 1.1. Booking Process: •All photography sessions must be scheduled in advance through our website or by contacting our studio directly. •To secure your session, a non-refundable booking fee may be required. 1.2. Session Duration: •Please be aware of the specified duration of your photography session, as outlined during the booking process. •Arriving on time is crucial to maximise the allocated session time. 1.3. Rescheduling: •If you need to reschedule your session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. •Rescheduling requests can be made through our website or by contacting our studio directly. 2. Cancellation: 2.1. Cancellation Window: •If you need to cancel your photography session, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. • • 2.2. Cancellation Fee: •Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee. •The cancellation fee will be deducted from any pre-paid booking fees or may be required to be paid before scheduling future sessions. 3. No-Show Policy: 3.1. No-Show Definition: •A "no-show" is defined as a client who fails to attend their scheduled photography session without providing any prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling. 3.2. No-Show Fee: •Clients who are marked as "no-shows" may be subject to a no-show fee. •The no-show fee will be the value of the session and deducted from any pre-paid booking fees or may be required to be paid before scheduling future sessions. 4. Exceptions: 4.1. Emergency Situations: •We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In case of emergencies, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 5. Refunds: 5.1. Non-Refundable Booking Fee: •The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. •Refunds for cancellations made within the specified notice period will be at the discretion of the studio.
