What should I expect? Upon arrival you will be welcomed into the studio by a member of our team. Santa will be seated in the scene and we will invite any children to come over to say hello. If you have children who are unsure of Santa please let us know in advance. This will allow us arrange for Santa to enter once the children have become familiar with the space. Ten minutes doesn't sound like a lot however most families have a great selection of shots in half of this time.

Where is Central Coast Santa Studio located?Central Coast Santa Studio is located at 16A John Street, Forresters Beach, on the Central Coast of New South Wales. The studio is easy to spot with street parking and signage, and is accessible via a paved path. There are alternative parking options for those with limited mobility needs.

Is there parking available at Central Coast Santa Studio?You bet. We have street parking available directly outside the studio in John Street. For those with additional mobility requirements the studio can also be accessed via Binang St. Please contact us in advance if you have additional mobility requirements so that we can provide you with the best experience.

How long before my Santa photo session should I arrive?Aim to arrive no more than five minutes prior to your session time. We generally run on time. Arriving on time allows other families privacy whilst completing their session in the studio. If a session is running behind we do have a waiting area around the corner where you can sit if needed.

What if I'm running late?Don't stress! We will fit you in once you arrive. If you can let us know safely, a short text message or email will keep us in the loop and allow us to plan accordingly.

Where can I expect at Central Coast Santa Studio?Upon arrival you will find a comfortable waiting area and garden. When it is close to your session time you will be welcomed into the studio by a member of our team. Santa will be seated in the scene and we will invite any children to come over to say hello. If you have children who are unsure of Santa please let us know in advance. This will allow us arrange for Santa to enter once the children have become familiar with the space. Santa will chat with your children allowing us to capture the natural moments before we begin our posed shots.

How long does a session last?Our standard Santa sessions last 10 minutes—just the right amount of time for your family to enjoy a magical moment with Santa while capturing those special memories. For those who are ready to strike a pose right away, our Quick Snap sessions are 5 minutes, perfect for quick smiles and fewer warm-up shots. For larger groups or families looking to include more people, our extended Multi-family sessions offer 15-20 minutes, ensuring everyone gets their time in front of the camera.

What should we wear for our Central Coast Santa Studio photos?It's a good idea to dress your child in comfortable and festive clothing. Many parents choose holiday-themed outfits, like Christmas sweaters or cute holiday dresses. Our studio is beautifully decorated with neutral tones and classic touches of red and green, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Neutrals and pastels also work wonderfully against the backdrop, adding to the timeless charm of the scene. Dress comfortably to enjoy the experience and create stunning holiday memories.

When will we receive our photos?We strive to deliver your edited high-resolution images as quickly as possible, which is often mid-week following a busy weekend of studio time. You can expect to receive your Central Coast Santa Studio edited images within 10 business days (14 calendar days) at the latest. Your photos will be delivered through an emailed link to your online photo folder. If you haven't received a link within this time frame be sure to check your junk folder and send us a message. Whilst we state a minimum number of photos we regularly supply more than this. We select the best images from your session. If you feel something is missing please reach out and let us know.
